Brands that move.Businesses that keep up.
ArcKinetic designs what people see, builds what runs behind it, and makes sure the right people can find it. Three practices, one point of view.
Design with intent.
Four seconds is roughly how long a stranger takes to decide whether your business is serious, sorry, or somebody else’s. Studio designs the part of the business the world actually meets: how you look on a page, on a screen and in a browser.
We begin with the decision you need someone to make: call, buy, trust, remember. Then we design backwards from it. Taste comes second. It usually turns up anyway.
Brief the studio- IdentityLogo, type, colour, imageA look with enough character to be remembered and enough rules to survive a rushed Friday.
- Graphic designPrint + digitalEverything the brand has to say on a page, a screen or a stand, saying it in the same voice.
- Web designLayout + experienceWebsites designed around the next action you want a visitor to take, not the launch-day screenshot.
- Design systemsRules + reusable partsSo the hundredth thing you make looks as considered as the first.
Listen
Time with the business, the numbers and the people who answer the phone, until the real problem is visible.
Choose
A direction and a short list of priorities, agreed in writing before a single pixel moves.
Make
Identity, graphics and website designed as one piece of work, not three handovers.
Release
Delivered documented, with files and accounts that belong to you.
Sound familiar?
- The logo was made in a hurry, and it shows
- No two pieces of marketing look related
- The website describes the business as it was three years ago
- Competitors look bigger and more established than they are
- Someone apologises for the deck before presenting it

Questions, answered
Do we need a full rebrand?
Often not. Sometimes the right answer is a tightening rather than a rebuild, and we will tell you which. We would rather sell you less than the wrong thing.
Can you work with what we already have?
Yes. We can extend an existing brand, fix its weak points and write down the rules so it stays consistent.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. Final files and guidelines are delivered to you, and nothing is held back to keep you coming back.
What do you need from us?
Access to the people who know the business, honest opinions, and one person with the authority to say yes.
A good entrance only counts if everything behind it can keep up.
Nobody photographs the kitchen.
Yet it is where the evening is won or lost. Systems is the unglamorous machinery behind a website and a sales process: forms that route properly, a CRM that reflects reality, and tools that pass information along without anyone retyping it.
When it works, customers notice nothing except that everything feels quick. That is the review we are after.
Show us the kitchen- AutomationWorkflow buildThe task that eats a whole afternoon, handed to something that never needs a coffee.
- IntegrationAPIs + data flowYour website, inbox, CRM and finance tools, finally agreeing on the facts.
- CRM setupPipelines + recordsA CRM shaped around how you actually sell, so people use it because it helps.
- FormsCapture + routingEnquiries that land in the right place, with the right person told, the first time.
Trace
Follow the work from first enquiry to final invoice, including the steps nobody wrote down.
Rank
Whatever returns the most relief for the least effort goes first.
Wire
Built alongside the live business, so Monday still happens on Monday.
Measure
Hours given back and errors removed. Counted, then shown to you.
Sound familiar?
- Enquiries get retyped into another system
- Leads sit in somebody’s inbox
- Nobody can say which stage a deal is at
- Follow-up depends on someone remembering
- The website form goes to an address nobody checks
- The monthly report is a spreadsheet expedition

Questions, answered
Which tools do you work with?
Whatever you already pay for, wherever it can be connected. We would rather make your existing tools work together than sell you new ones.
What if we do not have a CRM?
We will help you choose one that fits the size of the business, then set it up properly instead of leaving you a blank login.
What happens when something breaks?
Builds are documented and set to alert when something fails, so a problem is noticed before a customer finds it.
Do we lose control of our own data?
No. Accounts stay in your name, and you can see and change every connection we make.
Tell us about the copy-and-paste
Every business has a ritual: an enquiry retyped into a CRM, a form answer forwarded by hand, the same person doing the same chore on the same day. It is rarely complicated, almost always costly, and usually the best first thing to fix.
Everything so far assumes somebody turns up.
Online is not the same as found.
Everything above assumes somebody turns up. Suite is how they get there: the search, answer and AI visibility work that decides whether yours is the business that surfaces when someone goes looking.
Search is no longer ten blue links. People now ask assistants and AI tools, and those tools quote a handful of sources. Suite works to make you one of them.
Get found- SEOSearch engine optimisationTechnical foundations, page structure and content built to rank where people still search.
- AEOAnswer engine optimisationContent shaped so assistants and featured answers can pick it up and use it.
- GEOGenerative engine optimisationEarning mentions and citations inside answers that AI tools write from scratch.
- AIOAI optimisationClear, consistent facts about the business, so machines describe you accurately.
Baseline
Where you show up today, in search results and in AI answers, and where you do not.
Foundations
Technical fixes and clean structure, so nothing gets in the way of being read.
Content
Pages and answers written to be found, quoted and trusted.
Re-check
The same tests run again, so progress is something you can see.
Sound familiar?
- Rankings have drifted and nobody knows why
- Competitors appear in AI answers and you do not
- Asking an AI about your business produces nonsense
- Traffic is fine but enquiries are not
- The site looks good and is invisible

Questions, answered
Can you guarantee rankings or AI mentions?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we commit to is the work, a baseline and a re-check, so progress is measured rather than claimed.
How long does it take?
Technical fixes can show quickly. Authority and AI visibility build over months. We set honest expectations once we have your baseline.
Do we need all four?
Rarely at once. They share foundations, so we start with whatever your baseline says matters most.
How is this different from ordinary SEO?
Ordinary SEO aims at a ranked list of links. More people now get a single answer instead, so AEO, GEO and AIO are about being the source behind it.
Start with whatever is bothering you most, and we will work out where it belongs.

Soul first. Then the engine.
ArcKinetic began with one stubborn idea: a business should be worth caring about before it tries to be noticed.
Caring is the start. Keeping a business moving is the rest of the job, and that is the half we added. It is still founder-led, and deliberately small.
Founder-led
Whoever you brief is whoever does the thinking.
Deliberately small
Specialists join for specific work, never to pad a headcount.
Yours to keep
Domains, code, analytics and accounts are in your name from day one.
Plain English
If an idea cannot be explained without jargon, it is not ready.
What would you like to stop worrying about?
A brand that has stopped fitting. A website not pulling its weight. Enquiries stuck in a spreadsheet. A search presence nobody can explain. Describe it however you like, and we will work out which part of ArcKinetic it belongs to.
Prefer email?
hello@arckinetic.comA person reads it.
Somebody who will understand what you mean, not a queue and not a bot.
You hear back.
A reply with questions, or a first suggestion if the problem is clear enough.
We agree the plan.
If it makes sense to work together, we settle what to do and in what order, before anything starts.
